Walking
If you are in the city center, start at the Grand Parade, which is a large public square located at the intersection of Darling Street and Adderley Street. From the Grand Parade, walk towards the south-east corner of the square, where you will find Darling Street. Turn left onto Darling Street and continue walking straight. After about 500 meters, you will see the Castle of Good Hope on your right at the intersection with Buitenkant Street.

Head to the nearest MyCiTi bus station, which is located at the Civic Centre. From there, take the MyCiTi bus route that heads towards the V&A Waterfront. Get off at the Castle of Good Hope stop (this is one of the stops along the route). The Castle will be directly across the street as you exit the bus.
