If you are staying in the V&A Waterfront area, you can easily walk to the City Sightseeing Cape Town Visitor Center. Head towards Dock Road, which is directly accessible from the waterfront promenade. Walk along Dock Road for approximately 5-10 minutes. You'll find the Visitor Center located on Dock Road at the corner of the V&A Waterfront, right near the main entrance to the waterfront attractions.

To reach the City Sightseeing Cape Town Visitor Center from the city center, head to the nearest MyCiTi bus stop. Catch the bus heading towards the V&A Waterfront. The journey takes about 15 minutes. You will need to disembark at the V&A Waterfront bus stop, which is a short walk from the Visitor Center. As you exit the bus, follow the signs to Dock Road, and you will see the ticket office just a few steps ahead.
