If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Table Mountain National Park. Head towards the city center and take Kloof Nek Road to Signal Hill. Follow the signs for Signal Hill. Once you reach the top of Signal Hill, you will find parking available. Frame Table Mountain is located at the top of Signal Hill and offers stunning views of Table Mountain and the surrounding areas. Be aware that there may be a parking fee, so check for signage regarding costs.

Public Transportation
To reach Frame Table Mountain using public transportation, first take a MyCiTi bus to the Civic Centre station in Cape Town. From there, catch the MyCiTi bus on the route going to Camps Bay and get off at the stop for Signal Hill. This should be clearly marked. After disembarking, follow the pedestrian path that leads up to Signal Hill. The walk will take around 15-20 minutes, and you will be rewarded with a great view of Frame Table Mountain once you reach the summit. Note that the MyCiTi bus fare is nominal, so keep some cash or a bus card handy.

For those who enjoy a more adventurous route, consider hiking to Frame Table Mountain. Start your hike from the base of Signal Hill. There are several trails that lead to the summit. Be sure to follow marked trails for safety. The hike generally takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on your fitness level. Carry water and wear appropriate footwear. It is free to hike, but make sure to check weather conditions beforehand and go during daylight hours.
