Travel Guide to Saffran Pear

Getting There

• Public Transport - MyCiTi Bus

  If you are starting from the Cape Town International Airport, take the MyCiTi bus from the airport to the Civic Centre station in the city. The bus operates regularly and takes approximately 30 minutes. From Civic Centre, it's a short walk to Saffran Pear. Head northwest on Adderley Street, then turn right onto Loop Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Long Street. Saffran Pear is located at the corner of Long Street and Adderley Street.

• Public Transport - Train

  From the Cape Town train station, exit the station and head towards Adderley Street. Walk northwest along Adderley Street for about 5 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Loop Street, turn right. Saffran Pear will be on your left at the corner of Long Street and Loop Street.

• Walking

  If you are in the city center, you can simply walk to Saffran Pear. Start at the Company's Garden, located on the eastern side of the city center. Exit the garden onto Government Avenue, then turn left onto St. George's Mall. Continue until you reach Adderley Street, then turn left. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Loop Street, where you will find Saffran Pear on the corner.

• Taxi or Ride-hailing Services

  You can also use a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Uber. Simply input 'Saffran Pear, Cape Town City Centre' as your destination. Most drivers will know the location, and it should take about 10 minutes from any point in the city center, depending on traffic.
