From De Hoop Nature Reserve, head southwest on the R326 towards the R316. Continue for approximately 15 km until you reach the junction with the R316. Turn right onto the R316 and continue for about 12 km. You will see signs for De Mond Nature Reserve on your left. Turn left onto Die Mond Road and follow it until you reach the entrance of the reserve.
