Car
If you are driving, head towards the Royal Natal National Park. From the main city areas such as Durban, take the N3 highway towards the Drakensberg region. After approximately 200 kilometers, take the exit towards R616/Phuthaditjhaba, and follow the R616 until you reach the entrance of the Royal Natal National Park. Note that there is an entrance fee of around R50 per person for the park. Once inside the park, follow the signs towards the Tugela Falls trailhead. The road is well-maintained, but be cautious of mountain conditions.
