Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the East London city center, head southeast on Oxford Street towards the Esplanade. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Terminus Street. Turn left onto Terminus Street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Fleet Street. Turn right onto Fleet Street and walk until you reach the East London Railway Station. From the station, look for public transport options like a minibus taxi heading towards Rosemount. Board the taxi and inform the driver that you want to go to Pompies Pillar Avenue. The driver will drop you off at or near the intersection with Pompies Pillar Avenue. From there, walk down Pompies Pillar Avenue until you reach Garden of Eden at number 32.

  From the East London city center, make your way to the nearest taxi rank. Look for a minibus taxi that has 'Rosemount' on its signage. Once you board, pay the fare and inform the driver that you are going to Pompies Pillar Avenue. The taxi will take you through the neighborhoods of East London and drop you off close to the intersection of Pompies Pillar Avenue and the road you are on. After getting off, walk along Pompies Pillar Avenue until you arrive at the Garden of Eden, which is located at 32 Pompies Pillar Avenue.
