If you are driving from Bloemfontein, head east on the N8 highway towards Gariep Dam. Continue on the N8 for approximately 140 km until you reach the R26 intersection. Turn left onto the R26 towards Clarens. After about 30 km, look for the signs directing you to Ash River Outfall. Turn onto Ash River Outfall Access Rd and follow the road until you reach the parking area near the observation points.

Start your journey at the Bloemfontein bus station. Take a bus heading to Clarens. The journey should take approximately 2-3 hours.
