Once on the M1, drive towards Johannesburg. Keep an eye out for the signs leading to the M2 highway. Merge onto the M2 and take the exit towards the N3. Follow the N3 and take the exit towards the R55. Continue on the R55 until you reach Rosebank. The Johannesburg Zoo is located at Shop U 30 Keyes, Jellicoe Ave, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196. Look for parking available near the zoo.
