From any point in Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, exit the park through the main gate. Head towards the N2 highway. Once you reach the N2, turn left (south) and continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Take the exit toward Eshowe (R66) and follow the signs to Eshowe. Upon entering Eshowe, continue straight until you reach the intersection with the R34. Turn right onto the R34 and follow the signs to Dlinza Forest Nature Reserve, which is located just outside the town of Eshowe. The total driving time should be around 1 hour depending on the traffic.
