From the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, exit the park via the main gate. Head south on the R618 road towards the N2 highway. After approximately 20 kilometers, you will reach the N2 highway. Turn right onto the N2 highway towards Richards Bay. Continue on the N2 for about 35 kilometers until you reach the exit for Neerensee (3901 N2). Take the exit and follow the signs to Enseleni Nature Reserve, which is about 5 kilometers from the highway exit.
