    From the Kruger National Park, head towards the Orpen Gate. Once you exit the park through the Orpen Gate, take the R531 road towards Hoedspruit. Continue on the R531 for approximately 30 km until you reach the T-junction with the R40. Turn left onto the R40 towards Hoedspruit. After about 16 km, look for the signs indicating the Umbabat Nature Reserve. Follow these signs, and you will eventually arrive at the entrance to the reserve.
