If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Hazyview. Head south on the R40 towards Bushbuckridge for approximately 30 km. Turn left onto the R536 towards the Kruger National Park entrance. Continue on this road for about 20 km until you reach the turnoff to Argyle Road. Turn right onto Argyle Road and follow the signs to Ingwelala, which is located approximately 5 km down the road. Be sure to have cash available for any potential entrance fees to the nature reserve.

To reach Ingwelala using public transportation, first take a bus from Hazyview to Bushbuckridge. Buses leave regularly from the Hazyview bus terminal. From there, it’s about a 5 km walk to Ingwelala. Ensure you have small change for the bus and taxi fares.
