Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the nearest major city, Nelspruit (Mbombela). Head east on the R40 road towards Hazyview. Continue straight for approximately 50 kilometers until you reach the town of Hazyview. At the intersection in Hazyview, turn left onto the R536 road. Follow this road for about 20 kilometers until you see the signs for Berlin Falls. The falls are located just off the R536, and you will find a parking area nearby.
Public Transport
For those taking public transportation, head to the Nelspruit bus terminal and catch a bus heading to Hazyview. The bus fare is typically around R50-70 (check current prices). Once you arrive in Hazyview, you can either take a taxi or arrange for a ride-share to reach Berlin Falls, which is about a 20-kilometer drive from the town. Expect to pay approximately R200 for a taxi ride to the falls.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity and prefer to walk, from the nearest parking area at Berlin Falls, there is a short, well-marked walking trail leading to the viewing area of the falls. The trail is approximately 500 meters and offers beautiful views along the way. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and stay on the path for safety.
