If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the main entrance of Kruger National Park at Phalaborwa Gate. From the gate, drive east on the R71 road for approximately 25 km. After reaching the junction, turn left onto the H9 road and continue for about 35 km until you reach the Mopani Rest Camp. Follow the signs for Mopani Rest Camp as you approach.

Public Transport
To reach Mopani Rest Camp using public transport, you can take a bus from either Mbombela (Nelspruit) or Hoedspruit to Phalaborwa. Once you arrive at Phalaborwa, you will need to arrange for a taxi or shuttle service to take you to Mopani Rest Camp, as public transport does not directly reach the camp. The taxi ride will take about 30 minutes and cost approximately R300 - R400.
