From Port Elizabeth, take the N2 and follow the signs towards Cape Town. After about 100 km, take the exit for R62 towards Kareedouw. Continue on R62 for approximately 30 km until you reach Kareedouw. Once in Kareedouw, look for the signs leading to Huisklip Nature Reserve. The reserve is located just a short drive from the town center.
