Getting There

Car
If you are driving, exit Table Mountain National Park via the Kloof Nek Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the M62 (Buitengracht Street). Turn left onto Buitengracht Street and follow it until you reach the waterfront area. Keep going straight until you see signs for the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. Look for Dock Road, where the City Sightseeing Cape Town Visitor Center is located. There is parking available at the waterfront, but be aware that parking fees apply, typically around R20 to R40 per hour.

Public Transportation
For those opting for public transportation, you can take the MyCiTi bus from the nearest MyCiTi bus stop in Table Mountain National Park. Board the bus heading to the Civic Centre and disembark at the V&A Waterfront stop. From there, it is a short walk to Dock Road where the City Sightseeing Cape Town Visitor Center is situated. The MyCiTi bus fare is around R15 to R30 depending on the distance traveled.

Walking
If you're close enough within the park and prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route following the paths that lead towards the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. The walk offers beautiful views of the city and waterfront area. Once you reach the waterfront, navigate towards Dock Road where the visitor center is located. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes as the terrain may vary.
