Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving from the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, head southeast on Tafelberg Rd towards the city. Merge onto Kloof Nek Rd and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Buitengracht St. Follow Buitengracht St which becomes Somerset Rd. Continue on Somerset Rd until you reach Fritz Sonnenberg Rd. Turn left onto Fritz Sonnenberg Rd and follow it to DHL Stadium. There is parking available near the stadium, but be prepared for possible parking fees.

  • Public Transportation

    From the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, take the MyCiTi bus from the 'Table Mountain' station. Board the bus heading towards 'Civic Centre'. Ride for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Hertzog Blvd' station. From there, transfer to the MyCiTi bus route that goes to 'Granger Bay'. This bus will take you directly to the stop closest to DHL Stadium. The total cost for a MyCiTi bus trip is around R20 (please ensure you have a MyCiTi card loaded with credits).

  • Walking

    If you are near the V&A Waterfront, you can walk to DHL Stadium. Head east along the waterfront promenade, past the One&Only Hotel. Continue walking towards Green Point, following the road signs towards the stadium. It is about a 20-minute walk, and the views along the way are quite scenic. Once you reach Fritz Sonnenberg Rd, the stadium will be on your left.
