From any location within Table Mountain National Park, head towards the M3 highway. Follow the M3 southbound until it merges into the M5 highway. Continue on the M5, then take exit 7 toward Strandfontein. Merge onto New Strandfontein Road (R300) and continue straight for approximately 5 km. Strandfontein Beach will be on your left, just past the Strandfontein Pavilion. There is usually free parking available nearby.
