If you are driving from Cape Town city center, take the N2 highway towards George. Merge onto the M3 highway towards Muizenberg. Continue on the M3 until you reach the exit for Steenberg Road. Turn left onto Steenberg Road, and after about 1.5 km, turn right onto Prince George Drive (M5). Follow Prince George Drive for 2 km, then take the exit towards Marina Da Gama. Follow the signs to Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve. Parking is available on-site, and no entrance fee is required.

To reach Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve using public transport, take the Metrorail train from Cape Town to Muizenberg. Trains run frequently, so check the schedule for departure times. Upon arrival at Muizenberg Station, exit and catch a MyCiTi bus (Route 107) towards Marina Da Gama. After approximately 10 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to the reserve. From there, it’s a short walk to the entrance of Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve. Ensure you have a MyCiTi card for bus fare, which costs about ZAR 12.
