Continue on SC-11 S for about 25 miles until you reach Walhalla. Once in Walhalla, turn right onto Stumphouse Tunnel Rd. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles, and you will arrive at the Stumphouse Tunnel parking area. There is no cost for parking at the site.
