From Caesars Head State Park, start by heading east on Caesars Head Rd towards SC-11. Continue on Caesars Head Rd for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with SC-11. Turn left onto SC-11 South. Follow SC-11 for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit towards Greenville and merge onto I-385 S. Continue on I-385 S for about 15 miles. Take exit 46A for I-85 N toward Spartanburg. After about 2 miles, take exit 51B for US-29 N towards Greenville. Continue on US-29 N for about 3 miles, then take the exit for Pleasantburg Dr. Merge onto Pleasantburg Dr and continue for about 2 miles. Turn right onto Welborn St, and you will find the Greenville Water Splash Pad at 100 Welborn St, Greenville, SC 29601.

From Caesars Head State Park, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus station in Travelers Rest. Once at the bus station, take the Greenville Transit Authority bus (Route 2) towards downtown Greenville. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes. Disembark at the stop nearest to the intersection of Pleasantburg Dr and Welborn St. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the Greenville Water Splash Pad located at 100 Welborn St, Greenville, SC 29601.
