If you are already in Caesars Head State Park, head out of the park entrance and turn left onto SC-11 N. Follow SC-11 N for about 8 miles until you reach US-64 E. Turn right onto US-64 E and continue for approximately 5 miles. Look for the signs leading to Gorges State Park and Turtleback Falls. The parking area for the falls is located at the Gorges State Park Visitor Center. Parking is typically free but check for any seasonal fees or requirements.
