From Caesars Head State Park, head south on Highway 276. Continue on Highway 276 for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 25. Turn right onto Highway 25 South. Follow Highway 25 for about 15 miles until you reach Downtown Greenville. Take the exit for Buncombe Street, and then turn left onto Buncombe Street. The Upcountry History Museum will be on your left at 540 Buncombe St, Greenville, SC 29601. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that there may be parking fees depending on the time of day.
