If you are already in Caesars Head State Park, head towards the main park road, Caesars Head Road. Drive south towards the junction with SC-11. Continue straight on Caesars Head Road until you reach the parking area for the Caesars Head Overlook on your left. There is no fee to park at the overlook area.

From the parking area at the Caesars Head Overlook, you can take a short 0.5-mile hike to the viewpoint at Caesars Head. Follow the well-marked trails leading from the parking lot. The trail is moderately steep but well-maintained. Ensure you wear appropriate hiking shoes and carry water for the hike.
