Getting There

• Public Bus

  To reach Circle B Stables from downtown Charleston, you can take the CARTA bus service. Start by heading to the nearest bus stop at King Street and Calhoun Street. Take the #10 Charleston to West Ashley bus. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Ashley River Road / Kanawha State Forest Dr. From there, you'll need to walk approximately 0.5 miles northwest to reach the stables, following Kanawha State Forest Drive until you see the entrance to Circle B Stables.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in downtown Charleston. Start your journey by heading west on Calhoun Street. Continue onto Lockwood Drive and then take a left onto Ashley River Road. Follow Ashley River Road until you reach Kanawha State Forest Drive, where you will turn right. Circle B Stables will be about 0.5 miles down Kanawha State Forest Drive on your left.

• Walking

  For those who enjoy walking, start from the Charleston Visitor Center located at 375 Meeting St. Head west on Meeting Street, and then take a left onto Calhoun Street. Continue straight until you reach Lockwood Drive, then turn left and follow Lockwood Drive until it becomes Ashley River Road. Finally, turn right onto Kanawha State Forest Drive. Circle B Stables will be approximately 0.5 miles ahead on your left.
