From Congaree National Park, exit the park and head northwest on SC-48 N. Continue on SC-48 N for approximately 15 miles until you reach the junction with I-26. Merge onto I-26 E toward Columbia. After about 5 miles, take exit 113 for SC-3 toward Orangeburg. Continue on SC-3 for about 18 miles, then turn left onto US-78 E. Follow US-78 E for about 10 miles, then turn right onto SC-39 S. After about 5 miles, turn left onto State Park Rd. Barnwell State Park will be on your right at 223 State Park Rd, Blackville, SC 29817. Please note that parking fees may apply.
