    From Folly Beach, start on Folly Road (SC-171) heading northwest. Continue on Folly Road for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-17. Turn left onto US-17 and continue for about 6 miles. Take the exit for SC-703 towards Sullivan's Island. Continue on SC-703, which will lead you to the entrance of Fort Moultrie.
