Turn left onto Pope Avenue and follow it until you reach the intersection with Mathews Drive. Turn right onto Mathews Drive and continue until you reach the entrance to the Outside Hilton Head Dolphin and Nature Tour, which will be on your right.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the nearest bus stop at Coligny Beach Park, take the local bus heading towards the Shelter Cove area. Get off at the stop on Mathews Drive. From there, walk north along Mathews Drive for about 0.2 miles, and you will see the Outside Hilton Head Dolphin and Nature Tour office on your left.

Starting from the main entrance of the Harbour Town Lighthouse, walk west towards Baynard Park and continue until you reach Lighthouse Road. Turn left onto Lighthouse Road and continue until you reach Sea Pines Drive. Turn right and follow Sea Pines Drive until you reach Mathews Drive. Turn left onto Mathews Drive and walk about 0.5 miles; the Outside Hilton Head Dolphin and Nature Tour will be on your right.
