Bicycle
Start from the center of Hilton Head Island at Coligny Beach Park. Head northwest on Coligny Circle towards Pope Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with William Hilton Parkway (US-278). Turn left onto US-278 and follow the signs to Savannah, GA. After approximately 25 miles, take the exit towards I-16 E/Savannah. Merge onto I-16 E and continue for about 12 miles. Take exit 167A toward Montgomery St. Continue on Montgomery St, then turn right onto W Oglethorpe Ave. Finally, turn left onto Houston St, and the Second African Baptist Church will be on your left at 123 Houston St.

Begin at the nearest bus stop in Hilton Head Island, such as at Coligny Beach. Take the Palmetto Breeze bus service towards Savannah. Make sure to check the schedule for the next bus. After approximately 1.5 hours, get off at the Savannah Visitor Center stop. From there, walk southeast on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd towards W Oglethorpe Ave, then turn left onto W Oglethorpe Ave. Continue straight until you reach Houston St and turn right. The Second African Baptist Church will be on your left at 123 Houston St.

If you are staying near the beach area in Hilton Head Island, walk towards the nearest bus stop to catch a bus to Savannah. Once you reach Savannah, head to the Savannah Visitor Center. From there, walk southeast on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd towards W Oglethorpe Ave, then turn left onto W Oglethorpe Ave. Continue straight until you reach Houston St and turn right. The Second African Baptist Church will be on your left at 123 Houston St. Note that walking directly from Hilton Head Island to Savannah is not feasible due to the distance.
