From Hilton Head Island, head to the nearest bus stop which is located at the Coastal Discovery Museum (70 Honey Horn Drive). Take the Palmetto Breeze bus (Route 2) towards Bluffton. Get off at the stop at the intersection of SC-46 and US-278. From there, transfer to the Route 1 bus heading to Savannah. The bus will take you directly to Savannah. Make sure you check the bus schedules for the latest times. Once you arrive in Savannah, you can walk to the Webb Military Museum located at 411 E York St, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
