Turn right onto the bike lane along US-278 and follow it until you reach the bridge over the marsh. After crossing the bridge, continue straight to merge onto Marshland Road. Follow Marshland Road until you reach the intersection with Squire Pope Road. Turn left onto Squire Pope Road, which turns into Sea Pines Drive. Follow this road until you reach the entrance of Sea Pines Resort. Upon entering, follow the signs for the Harbour Town area. Continue straight until you reach the crossroads, then turn right onto Lighthouse Road. The Original Pinkie Masters will be located at 318 Drayton St, Savannah, GA 31401, which is about 18 miles away from Hilton Head Island.
