If you are driving, Mepkin Abbey is located at 1098 Mepkin Abbey Rd, Moncks Corner, SC 29461. From Charleston, take I-26 West towards Columbia. Take exit 205A for US-52 North towards Moncks Corner. Continue on US-52 for approximately 25 miles, then turn left onto SC-6 West. Follow SC-6 for about 8 miles, then turn right onto Mepkin Abbey Rd. The abbey will be on your left after approximately 1 mile. There is no entry fee, but donations are appreciated.

Public Transportation
To reach Mepkin Abbey via public transportation, take the CARTA bus #10 from downtown Charleston to the North Charleston area. From there, transfer to the TriCounty Link bus #303 towards Moncks Corner. The bus will drop you off in Moncks Corner. From the bus stop, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service as Mepkin Abbey is about 6 miles away from the nearest bus stop. Ensure to check the bus schedules in advance, as service may be limited. Additional costs for the bus fare will apply.
