Walking
From the center of Mauldin, head north on South Main Street. After about half a mile, you will reach a bus stop at the intersection with E Butler Road. Here, you can catch the Greenlink bus number 501 toward Greenville. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes, and get off at the stop near Paris Mountain State Park entrance. Once you disembark, walk for about 0.5 miles following the park signs until you arrive at Camp Buckhorn within the park.
Biking
If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local shop in Mauldin. Start your journey by heading north on South Main Street. Continue straight until you reach E Butler Road, then take a left. Follow E Butler Road for about 1 mile and look for the bike path that leads to Paris Mountain State Park. The entrance to the park is well-marked. Once inside the park, follow the signs for Camp Buckhorn, which is approximately 1 mile from the entrance.
Public Transit
From any location in Mauldin, make your way to the nearest Greenlink bus stop. Board the Greenlink bus number 501 heading toward Greenville. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the stop near Paris Mountain State Park. After getting off, walk approximately 0.5 miles towards the park's entrance, following the signs to Camp Buckhorn.
