If you're starting from the North Charleston Convention Center, walk to the North Charleston bus stop located on Montague Avenue. Take the CARTA Bus #10 towards the North Charleston Terminal. After about a 15-minute ride, get off at the stop near the intersection of Spruill Avenue and Highway 52. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk: head north on Spruill Avenue until you reach 4201 Spruill Ave, where Firefly Distillery is located.
