Walking
If you are starting from the North Charleston Coliseum, head south on Coliseum Drive toward International Blvd. Turn left onto International Blvd, and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ashley Phosphate Road. Turn right onto Ashley Phosphate Road and continue straight for about half a mile. When you reach the intersection with Everglades Ave, turn left. Continue on Everglades Ave until you reach the Greater Charleston Naval Base Memorial, which will be on your right.
