There is a parking fee of $8 per vehicle for access to the park. Once inside the park, follow the signs to the Hunting Island Lighthouse, which is about 1 mile from the entrance.

Use the Palmetto Breeze Transit service, which connects Beaufort to neighboring areas. From Beaufort, take the Route 1 bus towards St. Helena Island. Once you arrive at St. Helena Island, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (e.g., Uber or Lyft) to reach the Hunting Island Lighthouse. Expect to pay around $15-$20 for the taxi ride from the bus stop to the lighthouse.
