Once you reach Savannah, take the exit for Skidaway Rd. Continue on Skidaway Rd for about 5 miles until you reach Wormsloe State Historic Site, located at 7601 Skidaway Rd, Savannah, GA 31406. There is an entrance fee of $10 per vehicle.
