From downtown Spartanburg, head southwest towards E Main St. Continue on E Main St until you reach S Church St. Turn right onto S Church St and then left onto W Daniel Morgan Ave. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with S Pine St, then turn right. Follow S Pine St until you reach the intersection with E Broad St. Turn left onto E Broad St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with E Henry St. Turn right onto E Henry St which will become Emma Cudd Rd. Continue on Emma Cudd Rd, and you will find Glendale Shoals Preserve & Waterfalls on your left.

From downtown Spartanburg, take East Main Street heading southwest. Follow East Main Street to South Church Street, then turn right onto South Church Street. Continue straight until you reach West Daniel Morgan Avenue, and turn left. Follow West Daniel Morgan Avenue and turn right onto South Pine Street. Continue on South Pine Street and turn left onto East Broad Street. Finally, turn right onto East Henry Street, which transitions into Emma Cudd Rd. Continue biking along Emma Cudd Rd until you reach Glendale Shoals Preserve & Waterfalls.
