Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from downtown Spartanburg, head east on E Main St toward E St John St. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles until you reach E St John St. Turn right onto E St John St and walk for another 0.2 miles. The Spartanburg Science Center will be on your left at 200 E St John St. Look for the large building with the sign that says 'Spartanburg Science Center.'

• Public Transportation - Bus

  Check the local bus schedule for Spartanburg Transit. If there is a bus route from your location to the nearest stop on E Main St, board the bus and ride it to the nearest stop. Once you get off, walk east on E Main St for about 0.3 miles, then turn right onto E St John St. Walk for another 0.2 miles, and the Spartanburg Science Center will be on your left at 200 E St John St.

• Biking

  If you have access to a bike, you can find bike lanes along E Main St. Start from any location in Spartanburg and head toward E Main St. Once you are on E Main St, ride east for about 0.3 miles. Then, take a right onto E St John St and continue for another 0.2 miles. The Spartanburg Science Center is located on the left at 200 E St John St. Secure your bike at the designated bike racks outside the center.
