If you are starting at the Spartanburg Downtown Memorial Airport, exit the airport and head northwest on Memorial Drive toward E. Daniel Morgan Ave. Continue straight onto W. Main St. After about 1 mile, turn right onto S. Pine St. Follow S. Pine St. for around 0.6 miles and then turn left onto E. Church St. Continue on E. Church St. for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right onto S. Converse St. and walk for 0.3 miles. Then, turn left onto Darby Rd. Seay House will be on your right at 106 Darby Rd.

From Spartanburg's Downtown area, walk to the nearest bus stop located at W. Main St. and S. Church St. Board the Spartanburg Area Transit System (SATS) bus route 1 towards the Spartanburg Station. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the Darby Rd. stop. From there, walk approximately 0.2 miles northeast on Darby Rd, and you will reach the Seay House located at 106 Darby Rd.
