From downtown Greenville, take S Main St toward E Broad St. Continue on S Main St, then turn left onto E Washington St. Follow signs for US-123 S/US-276 S. Merge onto US-123 S and continue for about 4 miles. Take the exit toward Mauldin Rd/US-276 S. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Mauldin Rd. Conestee Nature Preserve will be on your left at 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29607. There is no entry fee.

  • Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Greenlink bus service from downtown Greenville. Board the Route 1 (Greenville to Mauldin) bus at a designated bus stop. The bus will take you to the Mauldin Rd & E Butler Rd stop. From there, it's approximately a 10-minute walk to Conestee Nature Preserve. Walk west on E Butler Rd until you reach Mauldin Rd, then turn left. The preserve will be on your left at 840 Mauldin Rd.
