If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto US-123 S from your location in Upstate South Carolina. Continue on US-123 S for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit toward SC-11 N/SC-28 N. Merge onto SC-11 N and stay on this road for about 25 miles until you reach the intersection with SC-130. Turn left onto SC-130 and follow it for about 6 miles. Finally, turn right onto Holcombe Cir, and you will see the entrance to Devils Fork State Park on your left. Note that there is an entrance fee for vehicles, which is typically around $5 for South Carolina residents and $10 for non-residents.
