From Angostura Recreation Area, head northeast on SD-34 E for approximately 30 miles. Continue straight onto US-281 N for about 20 miles until you reach the junction with SD-34 E. Take a left onto SD-34 E and continue for another 14 miles. Then, take a right onto 446th Ave. Continue on 446th Ave for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at the Pickerel Lake State Recreation Area West Unit, located at 12980 446th Ave, Grenville, SD 57239.
