From Lewis and Clark Recreation Area, head east on SD-52 E. Continue on SD-52 E for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-81 N. Turn left onto US-81 N and follow it for approximately 15 miles. As you enter Yankton, take the exit toward SD-50 W. Merge onto SD-50 W and then take the exit for SD-314 W, remaining on SD-50 W. After about 3 miles, turn right onto Drees Dr. The House of Mary Shrine will be on your right at 142 Drees Dr, Yankton, SD 57078.
