    From Angostura Recreation Area, head north on SD-79 N for approximately 12 miles until you reach the intersection with SD-34. Turn left onto SD-34 W and continue for about 19 miles. Then, merge onto SD-50 N and drive for about 15 miles. Follow signs for Yankton and continue on SD-50 N until you reach the intersection with SD-52. Turn right onto SD-52 and the Lewis & Clark State Recreation Area will be on your left at 43349 SD-52, Yankton, SD 57078. The total drive time is approximately 50 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
