If you're traveling by car from any location within the Lewis and Clark Recreation Area, start by heading south on the main road (SD-34) towards Lake Andes. After approximately 10 miles, you will reach the junction with US-18. Turn left onto US-18 East. Continue on US-18 for about 6 miles, and then take the exit for 297th St. Turn right onto 297th St and follow it for about 1 mile. North Point State Recreation Area will be on your left. Look for the entrance sign.
