Car
From Palisades State Park, head west on SD-11 N towards the town of Garretson. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with I-90 W. Merge onto I-90 W and continue for about 12 miles. Take exit 402 for SD-38 W towards Sioux Falls. After exiting, turn left onto SD-38 W and follow it for about 5 miles. Continue straight onto E 10th St, then turn right onto S 18th St. The Sioux Empire Medical Museum will be on your left at 1305 18th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105.

If you are using public transportation, you will first need to get to Sioux Falls from Palisades State Park. You can take a local taxi or rideshare service to Sioux Falls. Once in Sioux Falls, you can use the Sioux Falls bus service. Board the bus that travels along 18th St and disembark at the nearest stop to 1305 18th St. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop.
