If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Pine Ridge. Head southwest on SD-18 W for about 38 miles. Continue onto US-18 W for another 7 miles until you reach the junction with I-90. Take I-90 E toward Sioux Falls and continue for approximately 250 miles. Take exit 402 for 10th St toward Downtown Sioux Falls. Turn left onto W 10th St, then turn right onto S Phillips Ave. Finally, turn left onto W 6th St; the Old Courthouse Museum will be on your left at 200 W 6th St, Sioux Falls, SD. Parking is available nearby, which may incur a fee depending on the area.
