If you are in downtown Sioux Falls, start at the Falls Park Visitor Center located at 900 N Phillips Ave. Head south on Phillips Ave for about 0.5 miles until you reach 7th St. Turn left onto 7th St and walk for about 0.2 miles. The Arc of Dreams will be on your right at 120 7th St. Look for the large, arching sculpture which is easily recognizable.

From downtown Sioux Falls, you can bike to the Arc of Dreams. Start from the downtown area and take the Sioux Falls Bike Trail. Head towards the Falls Park area, and follow the trail signs that guide you through the park. Once you reach the park, exit towards 7th St, and head east for about a quarter-mile. The Arc of Dreams will be located at 120 7th St, easily visible from the trail.
